COVID-19 STATEMENT POLICY
To begin, our top priority at La Belle Beauté is to make sure all of our customers as well as our employees stay safe. Although we have always had a powerful belief for cleanliness we are taking precautionary measures; such as wearing gloves when handling all items, washing hands prior to making and preparing products, and cleaning off all surfaces before working on them. Here at La Belle Beauté we are always keeping up with the latest news from the CDC and the government to ensure that we are obliging to all of the rules, regulations, and precautions. Regarding the shipping of packages USPS has been experiencing issues with shipping orders out as a result of this pandemic. Therefore, we as a company are not entirely sure how long it will take to ship your package during this time and/or what effect this may have on our shipping times. Please continue to bare with us during this time since the pandemic is forcing many things to be out of our control. With that being said we are doing everything we can to stay safe and to keep you and your family safe as well. Please adhere to the advice of the CDC and the government to lessen the duration of this pandemic for the safety of you and your families. Please stay safe!
Please note that before you pay, you're responsible for making sure that your address is correct. We're not responsible to reship any items if they get returned to me due to an incorrect address and you will also be responsible for a re-shipping fee.
Processing Time: Please take note that the time we need to prepare an order for shipping may vary, please contact us if you need your items by a certain time before purchasing them.
Lost or Damaged Packages: Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages as it is out of our control how they handle their items once given to USPS. If your package is lost you must file a dispute with USPS.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS
We gladly accept cancellations. However, we do NOT accept returns and exchanges due to the nature of what we're selling.
There are special conditions where returns are acceptable.
Request a cancellation: within 1 hour of purchase
However, custom and/or personalized orders can't be returned, exchanged. or canceled.
Cancellations & Modifications
Because orders are processed as quickly as possible, we can't guarantee any changes to your order once it has been submitted. If by any reason you need to change or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com and we will make every attempt to help you.
The only circumstance where returns are possible is if your order was misplaced by mistake.
If returning an item, it must be returned in it's original condition and NEVER have been worn, but if not, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
